Story 1: Last summer there was a little kid about 10 years old walking around my car taking pictures from every angle with his mother standing there. I walked out and the lady was like my son loves your car and is going to show all of his friends.

Story 2: The day i got my wheels put on, i was stopped at a light and convertable mustang with 2 girls pulled up next to me and they started taking pics of my car and i ended up getting their number

Never happened to me, and I think my car is pretty nice. It gets a lot of looks when it's clean but G35's are a dime a dozen in Maryland. Most of them you see around here are in ratty condition though...

I've actually gotten 2 comments on my HKS exhaust tips, probably because I have them pushed all the way past the diffuser cuz I like the ricer look.

One guy who I parked next to outside of a McDonalds looked my entire car over and told me it was nice, and as he walked away and saw my HKS he said he liked my 'painted tips'. I can tell it wasn't in a snarky way though, I just don't think he was a car guy and thought I actually painted them blue.

Another time at a gas station this guy in a Ford F150 walked by my car and said my tips were turning color.

A few years back, I was driving home from work on the 408 in Orlando. I pulled up next to a group of girls in their G35 coupe. Two of them flash me and another was blowing me kisses. That was the most bizarre incident I've had.

Whenever my fiancee is in the car, it's like she is my lookout for people looking at my car. She will let me know and then I'll get a grin on my face and she always replies with "Great...I'm not going to be able to fit in your car because your head is so big!" I always get a laugh out of that.

It's a compliment. Unless you have something stupid like Rotas or a GT-R bumper or Skyline badges. In that case they're prob just gonna show their friends later so they can share a laugh.

Just a couple of weeks ago I was picking up some food and when I walked out, these 2 guys were taking pix of my G. The funny part is that some other guy was standing there (with his gf I think) and was talking to these 2 guys claiming the car was his. Imagine all of there surprises when I walk up to the car, unlock it, get in and drive away. LMAO!
I had a similar experience to this last summer when I walked out of the Walgreen's by my house after running in quickly to grab some developed pictures. I sort of stood back listening in to what the kid was saying and something along the lines of "Yeah, I got a great deal on dees rimz and she should have a huge turbo on her by next summer." So, I clicked my remote (aftermarket 2-way that makes the car chirp really loud), opened the door, thanked them for admiring my car, got in, drove away, all while this guys cheeks got beet red and a blank stare overcame his face.
