Finally, the chase shot...

A little too low for my taste; I would like to have seen the windshield of your car, Cal. I know a lower POV has been your preference though.

Nonetheless, very well put-together, sir.

+1 The low angle is cool, but not that low. Like the Mercedes pics you posted, nicely done, but they did no justice to the line of the car. The composition just wasn't right. Still nice, just constructive and respectful criticism here.

We would have tried more angles, but we both got tickets for stopping in a no stopping zone...

This is the most expensive picture I've ever taken.

That Ranger was really PO'd. Usually cops are OK with me taking pictures up there. They usually ask me what I'm doing, why I'm doing it, and then we talk for a couple minutes. This Ranger pulled some other car over not 2 seconds after we drove off.

Sick Cal, that came out sweet. Now send me that sky you photochopped into the photo. The sky in the one I'm editing right now sucks (cause we were shooting into the sun). Too bad that cop was having a bad day, we would have gotten so many sick shots out there. I'll post mine up in a bit after I'm done with it.

GMR was actually shut down. A cop was driving down as we were driving up. I knew something was going on. Then at some point another cop blocked the road off and told us to turn around. As we turned around there was a fire truck tailing Marcus.

So we went over to Azusa Canyon Road. There was way more traffic over there than at GMR. That and it's all flat and bare. There were no trees around whatsoever, so that doesn't help portray the sense of motion in this shot at all.

I'm never going back to ACR...
