Just installed Stillen grounding kit the other day. The install was fairly easy and took about an hour to complete here are some pix enjoy!

i know this is a newbie question but whats the purpose of the grounding kit

 

It's been debated heavily, but it's supposed to increase the electrical signal of components in the car, especially tiptronic on 5AT G's. Some, however, have reported other good things, such as gas mileage improvement and better sounding audio.


I'm going to do this down the road... even if it decreases the lag in my tiptronic shifting just a TAD, I think it'll be worth it. Until then, though, I'd rather spend my $$ on mods that are more noticeable.

 

it definitely did increase audio sound, I'm using a alpine 10in sub powered by a 2 channel alpine amp with stock bose system and the bass is alot stronger. Defintely a good mod for the money, some also say they felt increases in hp at higher rpm's.

 

i always thought its for higher hp haha, i didnt know it increases performance on audio as well, gotta buy this lol
