Yeah, that's what I meant when I said you have to unbolt each wire. Forgot to mention you would use heat shrink on the tips. It's best to do this before starting the project. So much easier.

Orvac in Fullerton has several diameter sizes - only the laterally spilt F6 though (which is what you want for the wire loom) - but they don’t carry FlexoPet (the Chinese handcuff type sleeving), I tried to find some for ground wire kit.

I like Painless Performance split sleeve better… it feels like fabric rather than nylon/plastic, the braid is tighter and is still heat resistant. I cant find anything bigger than ¼” diameter locally though.

I bought several for when I was doing my audio install. Had some for 16 awg wire, 20 awg wire, 4 awg, and 1/0. I bought them off eBay IIRC. I got an assortment of colors since I was color coding the wires, making it easier for me. When I do my grounding wires I'm going to get white techflex to match or get rather close to matching the exterior of the vehicle.

I already ordered Flexopet in carbon for 4 awg... I just wanted to make sure anyone looking for Techflex knew that the store I mentioned only carried F6 - as stated, thats all they would need for the project in this thread.

Ah, thought you had trouble looking for them. I need to find a good site with nice solderless RCA ends...ok getting off topic now.

Gonna add more LED's Shane?

no I said I cant find them "locally" - since the store I mentioned was local (for the guys in the thread that are local)...

Revive old thread REVIVE.

How much would you ESTimate this would cost at a performance tuning shop? I'm a cable harness assembler but when it comes to cars I'm learning.

Anyway I love the look, very good job Shane!
