Photoshopped future mods
Photoshopped future mods
I was playing around with PS today doing some future mods. Black grille, black sides, tinted windows and tinted tails. I am also thinking about painting the wheels black. One pic has black wheels the other pic has stock 18s.

I'd love to go emblemless and get new wheels but I'm 17 and a full time student with no job between September and June so I can't afford anything big. The end of the summer I'll probably get some coilovers and spacers and slam my car.

tint the windows, get bats overlays for the tails, paint the grill and wheels yourself and do the headlight housings black. if you're careful, you can do them yourself or just trade for a black set or something. you should be able to do all that pretty cheap.

Do the second pic. And going emblemless only costs a heat gun, an old credit card, and some windex (to finish scrapin the glue). And actually, you don't NEED a heat gun. It just makes it easier to loosen the glue.
You can do the signal tint and taillight tint with Niteshades(r) spray. I would pick up some spares from a junkyard (any lense will work, but preferably G35 lenses) and do some test sprays to see how dark you wanna go and how much you need to apply. THAT way, you don't mess up your lenses.
Also, look for some used stock 19's. Every now and then, you'll find someone to give them away because they're wheel ******, or they'll let them go HELLA cheap just because. Those are great wheels to start with. Their design allows them to be worked with (color wise) and gives you a great look without having to spend money.
My first cars were done while I was broke. That's the best way to learn stuff and figure out how to get things to work without spending a whole wad of moola. (it's also a good way to F*&K some **** up when you mess up, lol). Then, once you get outta school or whatever, and get a decent job, you can go all in.

JMO but if not emblemless on the grill.
I'd leave Mt.Fuji unpainted, or do it black chrome.
