I'm curious how steep your driveway is. I don't consider mine that steep but it definitely has an incline to it.

Look into those curb ramps for your driveway, granted it will most likely never happen again it would be good for some piece of mind.

yeah body flex is crazy. i hear mine flexing everytime i back out of my drive. in the winter, the ice on the trunk/back window will actually crack as im backing out
