ok, don't hate on me for this question, but i'm trying to understand the whole powdercoating thing.

did you start with a non-polished cosworth and now it is black and still the same non-polished texture? or did you have a polished cosworth and now it is black and still glossy smooth?

Got a couple questions for you (hope no one has asked, I didn't read every post)

How often do you drive your car? About how many miles, ect. Our cars have a lot of wiring problems when you start messing with them, and i'm wondering if you've experienced much of a head ache since this tuck.

My car is a show car/race car. So I want to avoid a wire tuck for the simplicity sake, but i've always wanted to do it. Makes the engine bay look so freaking clean.

Anyway, i'm a fan of your car, something different! Keep it up!

I drive my car every day, and I hit boost many times a day. As far as milage a year not really sure I would say average for a normal commuter. I fully understand the sensitivity of the electrical systems in these cars, that is why you need to stay away from specific areas. I have not experienced any issues but did not plan on it either, as I took my time and labled everything prior to cutting anything.

My car is my race car, show car, daily driver. It does make it look ultra clean and that is why it was a must for me. Having boost does not help clean up the engine bay, but I have been giving it my best shot to hide and eliminate anything that I can.

thanks for the compliments!

ack! just came by this awesome thread in a search (see it does help to search) and I frickin love what you did with your engine bay. It's so clean.. I'm probably going to be attempting a wire tuck in the near future, just had a question. You said don't cut the t-body or the maf sensor wires... why is this? do you think having a different length cable will change the readings?

props on the sweet engine/bay/car... ehm i'm just a little jealous.
