Looks very nice, only thing that I personally dont like is the trim ring for your Arc ****, maybe powdercoat it black to match the boot, so it does not stand out more than the sexy ****.

Car and the picture look great, but it looks like the side skirts are a tad lighter then the rest of the car. It could just be the picures though.

15mm should work in the front, but u might need to get thinner tire sizes for the front w/ ur drop. I'm running the usual 245/35/19 and 275/35/19. Not sure about the front, but the rears I believe is around -2.1 or so.
