Thanks man. Actually I was reading a thread today and he said himself that he only used decals on the red and orange colors, because if he paints in on, the colors bleed through. But all other colors, he paints it with a stencil and then clear coats over it.

Anyone know though about fitment under 18" wheels??

Iuno...

My kit comes today (Friday) so I will test fit it tonight....Im so hoping these things just squeeze underneath my wheels. I don't want to have to buy bigger wheels just to fit my brakes haha

I found Akebono decals… any color $25 for four (he gives you an extra 1 or 2 for screw ups) – VIP Status in Torrance, CA 888-846-7953 ask for Harris.

I picked some up Sat – having my calipers painted this week – will be installed this coming Sat – I’ll post pics after paint.

^Yeah I want to. Most likely in black.. However I'm rethinking the color, and maybe getting them professionally painted. One of them is actually already starting to chip

do the Akebono in teal to match ur lugs OR redo the calipers in teal and do Ake' in white. that'd be DOPE, kinda ProjectMu-ish

Thanks Mark...

yeah I wish 2-piece would come out... I'm lucky that Doug (dieseldoug on myg37) let me use his OEMs... I had to send him a PM this morning asking if he wants to get rid of the OEM permanently (since it looks like 2-piece may never happen)...

If I knew if would take this long I probably wouldn't have got Ake's..

yeah, i really don't know what the hold up is. there's def money to be made from Ake' 2pc's. if anything, the way the market is right now i'm sure you could trade 'em towards someone offloading a BBK. i'm surprised you didn't give Scott's RA edition Megan BBK a look. any color caliper you want plus upgraded pads added to the lowest priced 6/4pot 2pc rotor setup w/SS lines, at a price point lower than most vendors sell the regular Megan kit.

gorgeous color.

i definitely wish they'd come out with some lightweight stuff for the 37. they do well for spirited driving but ill eventually have to upgrade for the track.
