and i purchased this nissan flip key fob on ebay for $19.99 Shipped.
it took 2 weeks to get delivered to me b/c the seller is located in hong kong china.
but the quality on this fob is much better then my previous fob shown in the pic below

the pics below are 2 pics of my current flip key. the one i just purchased from ebay is much better

does that key comes with a chip or you had to put that in later?

 

you just take out your transponder chip from your original key and 3M tape the chip into the new key fob, but you have to make sure you 3M tape the chip close to the flip key

 

what about the hole on the back.

What's that for?

 

^you talking about that whole inside the nissan badge on the back?
thats 1 of the 3 screws you have to remove to take off the back case.

 

do you get the Nissan badge with it to plug the "Nissan badge hole" ?

 

with my current flip key fob(on post #397) that i purchased on ebay a few months back they gave me a small infiniti emblem and small nissan emblem to put on the back of the fob , they just attach to the back with this tape behind the emblem which they provided.


this new fob i got this week though just came with a Nissan Emblem and its thinner then my current flip key fob and the quality feels much better.
