Updated pictures, pricing and order links have been posted.

The pictures of the grill on my car are UNPAINTED, for a lot of people this will be OK. One inexpensive option for paint and DIY is to use use some flat black paint from duplicolor.

The paint service that we will be offering will be a clear coat based mate black. The clear coat will offer the mate finish and will last for years.

And for the people that are wondering the grill can be painted the same as the body, but I really don't think it would look right. Please contact me for an order link for those requests.

Not for the moment, we mostly work on cars that we own or have quick and unlimited access to.

Jose, what material is the grill made of? For the matte black, is it going to be painted by a professional shop?

The grill is fiberglass, and yes we will be using the same shop that we use to paint our other grills.

Sorry Shane, this is something that we have been working on since last year, some of the local guys knew about it but I didn't want them to post anything about it. Unlike many other vendors we have don't post about what we are working on because it will cause us to receive a landslide of PM's and emails asking us about a product that isn't even finished or for sale, this takes time from us and isn't productive.

We never run a Group Buy or Pre-sale to fund our projects. This way we can avoid having aggravated and unhappy customers if things don't pan out properly or if there are any delays, and we can take our time to correct any mistakes.

Hope you can understand that this is nothing personal.

Are there any pictures of it off the car? What does the top of it look like underneath the hood?

Glad that you are seeing the bright side to this.

It looks just like the stock grill.

Not bad but i still prefer the modded stock grill, this grill could be considered "cleaner" but you lose some of the details of the OEM grill which I like IMO.

1+ for the "bumps". I believe it gives it a more classy look. But this still looks pretty good.

If Shane decides not to go forward with his project with the OEM look, this will be a great alternative. Hopefully I will know a certain answer before the prices go back up!
