no, i don't think they cared. just came to check on what was going on. someone must've called and reported some unusual/suspicious activity. this is the 4th time someone has called the cops on me while i was just taking pics of my car. -__-

I installed them pretty far under (tucked away and toward the center of the car). Most of the neon underglow kits I've seen are installed way too close to the edge. I think it's tacky when you can see the neon tubes. I'll try to get a pic of them, though...
I also think it looks stupid when the lights don't cover the whole car. If i were you, I would be a few more tubes to fill in the dark spots because once you put the front and back on, you're gonna get dark spots in between the lights if they are not long enough.

The eyelids make the front look funny in that last pic cause your front isn't aggressive.
