^ for once I couldn't agree with you more. To say that even in that state the car still looks sick is just ludicrous. If a noob came in with green lipped wheels he'd get flamed but since he's known on the forums it's cool

I can cut him slack on the way the car looks because I know it goes like stink. As opposed to the vast number of primer blotched, crazy wheel Hondas that are not, never have been, and never will be fast.

So if I let's say.. Smash my hood and fenders and I find some for a good price at a junkyard painted pink and with hello kitty graphics I can drive around town like that cause it's a work in progress and I intend to paint it makes it ok?

I'm not disagreeing with you those cars in their current state don't look that great, but I do recognize that they have awesome potential.

This is the same thing when making an omelet, at first the raw eggs taste like crap, but once cooked and mixed with the other ingredients they are very tasty.

Exactly. In process widebody twin turbo Gs are very different than Civics rolling around with a body kit partially hanging off that they will more than likely never get around to painting.

I still think Danny's ride looks sicker than most in its current state. Once its done...game over.

Don't be mad cause I make sense. Or run multi color body panels for a few months or so and go to meets like that
