B/c while they sit in the garage they just collect dust. It sucks to walk by them otherwise plus in many cases they help you change/alter your driving style a bit if your kit is lower to the ground. You dont want to paint them, put them on then scrape them on day 1. You'd rage quit.

It doesn't look bad. The only fail is one of the tones is Silver..
