My new SUEDE HEADLINER custom done by ME.
Just trying to figure out the jist of it here.
So basically... remove all the pieces you want
Apply the glue to the suede? lay onto panel and flatten out? (or stretch?)
wrap loose ends onto the back of panel and apply more glue.
Is there a write up you read about doing this yourself or you just winged it?

As far as putting on the suede that parts not that hard but can be a bit tricky if not done right, the rear window panels are kind of a pain in the A$$ to do just because it curves more than other pieces of the interior and sometimes the suede doesn't want to wrap around the plastic without having some wrinkles in some areas. Get some really strong adhesive and apply it to the pieces first and let it try to a tack then put on the fabric and smoothen it out the best you can. All in all its not too hard just a matter of taking your time and getting everything done correctly. GOOD LUCK man.

For some pieces I used some Heavy Duty LocTite spray glue and it worked just fine but for some pieces I used some industrial strength glue that can only be bought through this retailer I go through for products and I have yet to find it at the local store.
www.selectproducts.com has various adhesives and materials for projects like these. I've used them for some very soft and thick backed carpeting for a subwoofer enclosure. So soft I wanted to sleep on it and use it as a blanket too lol. They have other materials as well....i think they may have suede and they have two shipping locations, CA and FL.
^I might need to get some from you for some stuff I want to do.

spell out my name on it maybe?
