Hood looks terrible due to the fact that it's flat looking CF, and not gloss like real CF. I know it's what they wanted, but still...

Its a dry carbon look, can just spray clear on it to give it that gloss. Not digging it on the hood. Get a real cf hood or go home imo.

This is not neffy wrap. This 3M di-noc material with its own adhesive behind it...

i dont use neffywrap lol... i do have a sample of the more silver cf 3M di-noc

haha very true... but all depends on the car i believe... if the hood and roof match i think it would look better....

i know there's 2 main colors ive seen, the one i just installed and a silver looking one, this one is the most like CF...but a dry version

So is the stuff used to wrap the hood with clear-able? Hood would look fine if it was glossy, although i dont like cf hoods on our cars period..

i dont know if you can put a clear on it.... but its all up on the owner... i like a cf hood on my coupe

^Thank JDM. I'm gonna stick with the classic CF color. I'm also going to try to put a clear acrylic spray over the top on a piece to see how it comes out. I think it might look best as is though
