Really depends on what you were looking to make, spray foam is not a good idea. You could glue architecture foam together and shape it.
If you make a template that is half you can keep checking the sides for symmetry.

ahaha trying, hopefully prime in the next couple weeks... then thinks will start taking shape.
I am trying to work something out with APR. I really want the GTC-300. If not I might make my own.

Yes they are, He used them from mock up purposes only and they got HRE's if I recall. I took them all apart and refinished them to my liking.
