I dont have any current pictures now, but I might make a drive down there after my finals are over and take some "work in progress pics".

Since my car has been in the shop, I have been buying parts here and there... some big, some small.
-Strafe Speed carbon fiber trunk
-No name roof spoiler
-Rare JDM harness cover
-Re-ordered Clear corners
-X02 Exhaust
-Megan Racing resonated test pipes
-In the market of upgrading to Bride Zetas III

I called the body shop 3 days ago to tell them I wanted something a little bit different. Instead of repainting the roof and mirrors black, I'm having them paint it matte-black for more of a unique/sporty look.

There seems to be some confusion with "matte black" and "flat black" and then he said "oh? like semi-gloss?"... i said "sure..?" lol. eek. well either way, Im sure it'll still look nice.

matte = flat. satin = semi-gloss. and im not a fan of either for the roof really. the whole point of paint the roof black is so that it flows with the shiny tinted windows. but its your car.

the matte roof will complement the cf trunk, mirrors and hood. Also, i plan on going darker tint including the fronts this time.

it seems as though my whole project is not for you, since you didnt like the front bumper or the black roof. Again, this new look isnt going to please everyone, but like you said, its my car.

i finally got a chance to drive down to the bodyshop in El Monte since finals are over with. I went down there to pick up my CF trunk to drop it off at the shop, as well as the roof diffuser. They barely started on my car several days ago, but he informs me that it will be finished next week, give or take a couple days. As I was leaving, they were test fitting the kit and trunk, and then they will soon prep and paint.

Oh, and I changed my mind, AGAIN, lol. Im having them paint my roof and mirrors gloss/hyper black, instead of semigloss
so, Im guessing the next set of pictures will be the finishing stages.

not much to see here, but just an update for my viewers and subscribers

Woady is giving you good advice, you should take it into serious consideration, because even a satin black / semi gloss roof doesn't cut it up there, there is simply way too much gloss with all the surrounding windows and especially the big fat sunroof glass right in the middle.

Here's a picture of my car and it's satin black roof these pics explain it all, I am having it resprayed with some gloss clearcoat soon.

EDIT: just read the above post, looks like you are doing the gloss black roof, very good choice, I look forward to seeing your car when it's complete.
