Thumbs up Another reminder to change your in-cabin air filter...

The last time I changed it was August 2007 before I moved to Vegas (from Connecticut). I now live in Miami and I've put ~30,000 miles on the car since then. It's the best $12 and 10 minutes I've spent on the car since I've owned it!

The A/C blows much harder and it smells so much more fresh!

Cheers!

It's located right behind the glovebox.

Autozone/Pep Boys/etc. usually have them in stock.

that's nothing bro, I just took mine out and found pink wall insulation and mice poo all over my filter. I should have taken some pics but I was so disgusted I couldnt wait to throw it in the garbage.
Turns out the few months over winter that it was in storage, few mice had made a nice nest in there !

now THATS a reminder ! lol, I could be basically breathing in mice crap and shards of finely shredded glass which is what the insulation is made of.

so yea it's VERY important to check your filter periodically, thanks for the heads up, other members should have this at the top of their to do list if they havent ever done it, you're breathing this crap in day in and day out basically so it's very important

after being severely traumatized, I change mine every year. I would suggest the same to everyone.
