Finally! After 8 months of ownership, (PICS) of Bat's Ride...
The black I use on my car is more of a true black to me. That along with others I've seen are 3m brand matte which appears more dark matte gray. In essense, it looks like paint primer!

I approached the look of this car quite a bit differently than my previous ones. I guess you can call it a work in progress. That's what's great about vinyl! You can remove it if desired. I knew this one might get mixed reviews on what I've done to it, n that's ok . I wanted to go a bit more out of the box than ever before. I knew I wanted the back done in matte black, as well as the hood n roof. But to this day, I'm still up in the air on the transition area from the roof to the rear. Nevertheless, it doesn't matter since I will be wrapping the entire car in december. Still working on what color . As for the silver accents on the bumper, I origionally left those black, but I thought the matte black overlay on the rear took away the dimension, so I origionally did that section in dark gunmetal to match the lower valence. I most likely will change that again before I do the full wrap!

So I've decided to wrap the trunklid and wing. Heres what it will look like when done. In the meantime, trunklid is wrapped. I'll be taking pics of it prior to reinstalling the wing, and will post them up.
