anyways im going to look go test drive this 2000 BMW 328i sedan tomorrow and if all checks out then this will be my winter beater

 

I think our definitions of "beater" vary greatly

 

you should look for a cheap xi if you want it for winter, the AWD is definitely worth it

its 11 years old lol of course its out of warranty but for the price the dude is asking its worth test driving it and see if anythings wrong with it.. the seller said all that is wrong is it needs a oxygen sensor and 1 brake pad sensor, but he still passed inspection and he recently just replaced the rotors/pads..

i test drove it today after work for about an hour, i went on the highway and the car pulls nice for a inline 6!the car runs smooth

all power options work, a/c blows ice cold, heat blows hot, radio and 6 disc cd changer work, all the interior light work,exterior lights are all functional.


i just need to replace 1 oxygen sensor and 1 rear brake sensor which is like $50 bucks each..and its PA inspected until 2/12..

he was asking $2800 but we negotiated to $2000

woot woot, time to call insurance 2morrow and then im off to AAA or a notary place so he can sign over the title to me..

 

drove my new winter beater home today!! now my treetree5 can rest!! lol

 

Next week when you want to sell it let me know.lol
