i might swap out the projectors into my 05, but i dont really care for or dont like any other changes...

 

The new spoiler looks like **** IMO, the front - eh, no biggie, the only real thing that I'd like that I don't have is

Seat memory
Proximity key (if available on 6MT)
Scrolling readout for XM radio - if they can do it for OTA radio why not Sat?

That's all...

 

I'm happy with my 05 (picked up yesterday). Plus of 06 are the bi-xenons...other than that meh.

Also i learned more about the headlights. For people wantin to add the lights its going to take some modding.

The lights move up and down and you will need a switch to make it move.
I had a loaner FX the other day and had the lights. Honestly it didnt make a big difference but it was cool.

I bet you can figure out a way to rewire it to work

 

Why would you "need" to add a switch? It's not like the lights will not turn on unless you "adjust" the lights. I'm sure the default position will work just fine.

Only feature about the 06 that I like is the projectors. Other than that, 04 6MT is fine for me. Gotta love gold Brembos . 03-05 spoilers/front bumper/tail lights looks soooooo much better too.

 

Wow, you resurected this, didn't you? It has been 3 months since that was realeased. Anywho, since you did bring this up from the dead, I do agree that there are changes that are nice and some that I can do without. So, that being said, I'm glad they made the changes but nothing to lose sleep over since opting for the 05. BTW, I actually hate the gold color on the Brembo's. I like the Brembos, just not in gold. Also, don't flame, but I'll pass on the Brembos for the other stuff I got on the 05's (yes, they gave me a great deal on the 04 but wanted the 05 instead). It's all good since I'll replace my brakes for some Stoptechs BBK or something like that. Hell, I even hate the color of the Project MU BBK. It looks like baby blue to me!

 

Haha, I noticed I resurected after it clicked submit . Little changes here, little changes there, make some people happy w/ the new addition, turn some people off w/ the subtraction. But they are all comparable.

 

Yes, I agree. It might make the 03-04's change to the 06's (as long as the 03-04's will stop crying about how much they will miss their Brembo's). Funny, I had my 6MT coupe for 3 months and the moment I say how much I love my 05 6MT, all I hear is "...at least we have our Brembo's...haha". I have never seen so many people adament about 1 thing on a car as much as the 03-04's are. I personally wanted a car where I can add things that I like on it and not what is the norm. I hate driving next to another G and noticing how we look identical, especially here in Los Angeles. There are so many Gs!
