it is just the nismo front bumper.. the lip is already on it..its a whole bumper piece..

 

What are the sizes for those tires on the 20's? Also, is that just the stock plenum polished or the crawford plenum? If it's stock polished did you do it yourself or where did you get it done?

Get some 20%...you'll be happy with the nice black contrast on the windows and with the rim. Plus it will fill the windows up on the car and accent the lines much better. Not to mention, protect your leather, and keep things cooler.
