JDM style is basically anti-rice type styling. Not much use of chrome or gaudy accessories with very simple yet effective mods.

JDM cars don't have clear corners, big body kits etc..

 

Clear corners are a factory Nissan of Japan part right? How much more JDM can you get than that? Not everything has to be amber to be JDM.

JDM has many definitions as far as im concerned...some may think its one thing - whiles some thinks its another...

 

I was unaware that clear corners came from the factory in Japan, but have never seen evidence of that either. Don't cars in Taiwan, Indonesia and etc all have amber corners from the factory?

From the explination of the initials alone: JDM = Japanese Domestic Market. Therefore, any body kit not made in the Japanese Market or its counterparts is not JDM, any wheels not made by Nissan or the Japanese Market is not JDM, etc etc.. As mentioned, everyone's view of JDM is different, the same thing goes for the term 'euro'.

 

The biggest difference is the JDM cars are ALL right hand drive!!!
