ooo, i dunno anything about that stuff. Doesn't it need to be drilled on anyway so when the license plate comes, i can just hook it in? and doesn't the law require every car to have a front and rear license plate?

the law requires a lot of things...
i had to sign a waiver not to put on my front license plate. i may mount mine really low so it acts like a brush guard to limit scratches when i pull to far into a parking stall
