Photoshop to remove dust from the camera's sensor, HDR software used to combine multiple exposures, and converted to B&W in Lightroom 3. So yes, it has been edited, but I'm not exactly sure what you're wondering

I saw a slammed (albeit ghetto) acura RL today literally rip his front bumper off and heard it smacking subframe @ about 35mph outside of a nicely paved mall today...sigh...this is gonna be tricky...
