Nice pictures! Looks like Cal State Fullerton...Sadly, some guy committed suicide by jumping off the 5th floor of that parking structure just last week..

 

Yeah, I decided against the Ferrari. If I were to buy it, I'd have to have a daily driver, so that'll be two car payments/insurance. Also the maintanance on the ferrari would add up to be another luxury car! And with a new house too... yikes! I can afford all that... but I hate having to live paycheck to paycheck! I have my eyes set on a more practical car now. Its ALOT more affordable $96,000. Its not a "super exotic" car, so the maintance will be normal. Now with all the left over money, I can fix it up right away too. And when I'm done, I might go back to my G35, and go widebody

It would be a little difficult to write you and your friends tickets. There are not many vehicle code sections that apply to off-street parking facilities open to the public. Reckless driving, DUI, and expired registration, to name a few, apply but not mechanical items. Besides, the officer would have to actually see you driving.
