I like fast boats, but i enjoy more than just going really really fast on a boat.

I want to be able to board, ski surf, cruise, style etc on a boat.

So give me a ski boat. Ftw.

BTW our 21' Four Winns 210 Horizon SS has the 280hp 5.7 in it mated to a Volvo Penta outdrive. She will do just about 60mph Had a Baja try to race me on the lake about a month ago and i pulled on him pretty good (lake racing isnt illegal is it? haha) but yea. It was a smaller baja. Like a 22 or 24 foot with probably the same motor as us but he had a nasty mercruiser outdrive. Ick.

Destin/ Ft Walton beach... house on the water * bay side *

I shoudl be out there with in the next 2-3 months as my family is making the move out there as well, Very pricey houses! But my girl and I are looking for something small on the bay to walk out side and fish off the dock...

 

oh ok .. the panhandle ..

clearwater area houses are really cheap .

especially compared to here in n.y.

a 700,000 home here in n.y.

would be around 200-250,000 in clearwater from what ive seen..

more bang for the buck and bigger property ..

 

yepp... if opposite here in TX My parents have a 6,000 sq ft house on 10 acers in San Antonio for sale right now for $1.8 a house like this on this land in florida would be +$5 easy...

I just need a small $300k house prob 2800-3000 sq ft on the water with private boat dock..

 

sorta what im looking at/for .

2-4 bedrooms / inground pool / 2car garage or bigger .

everything else i dont care im sure il have to replace alot
and i dont have a problem doing the work myself ..

with or without a boat dock.. doesnt matter..
i hear its cheap to rent a slip for a few months ..
theres so many ..

^destin and clearwater are 2 really nice places to live - gorgeous scenery and still not overly developed.

 

traffic in destin is HORRIBLE reminds me of Houston... I just came back from there last week after spending 2 weeks looking at houses... im leaning more towards Shalamar, Fl its still within 15-20 min of both Ft Walton and Destin... Im tired of 113F heat every day in Tx.. its the first day we have seen rain now in almost 100 days!!! As it would rain daily in Fl...

 

No we dont have cable parks in sc but I wish we did that is awesome, I'd love to go to a place like that one day. Luck you! You live so close to one! I'm jealous, haha.

 

wow thats a shocker. it was gorgeous and quiet when i went but that was almost 10 yrs ago lol. i know its been building up a bit since but i guess that means more cars too.

 

Yeah 10 years is FOREVER, it took hour half to get from Destin bridge to the outlets about just a few miles down the road, street lights every 10 feet...
