night ICE (***with second set)
i know its not G related but i thought you might like....
ok this one comes with a story:
last night i shot a few crappy shots (as you may have seen). went tonight for my weekly "sit at borders and read all the photography magazines for free" deal. drove around afterwards looking for some inspiration and found nothing....then 2 minutes from my house i saw this rock cliff with ice still on it (45 degrees) i figured it was nice out and this ice wouldnt last long so i better get some shots now while i can.
all shot in RAW and shot in auto mode because it was nearly pitch black out, and i was standing on a slightly icy hill so i had enough going against me. unfortunately since the ice was melting and the exposures were long there was no detail or focus in any of my upclose shots. these were kind of bland to be honest with you until i ran them through pshop's RAW pluggin. mainly did levels, saturation and tweeked a few colors to get the ice to pop and not be so lifeless. i hope you like, for being a newb i def. think this was my best shoot.
btw-the sky really was a weird reddish color, that wasnt added
sorry for the longwinded story
thanks for looking and C&C
