Posted this in another thread but figured I'd show my LS brethren the slight change and how good black flows in certain spots with our color. Yes that's dip-not it's not permanent.

 

good as a non-permant option....looks good though, if and when you decide i would get it painted that way

 

Not really lakeshore slate but this thing is legit! Maybe it used to be slate.

 

Looks good so far.. He's got some work to do on that engine bay.. lol

 

yeah it looks surprisingly dirty....should have cleaned it up better for a show

thanks for keepin me in mind man! im getting mine painted tomorrow morning. so were you shooting for the matte black look or is that just the pics?

 

Why not wrap it instead of painting? Yea I was going for a dirty, gritty, clean look as contradicting as it sounds but it turned out great. The wrap is actually Satin so there isn't a chalky texture or look to it. Has that dull look I was aiming towards and in certain angles it has a slight shine to it.
