Tires for G35 sedan

I just inherited a g35 sedan from my wife, who got a volvo suv(her loss my gain) and I need new tires. any recommendations for some high performance tires. Also would K & N air filter and or catback system improve horsepower much. I need to personalize this car, any advice would be helpful. thanks
