I think you can get a better price than that. They used to sell them for $690 for that set in a 15 offset without tires.

I say, negotiate the price on option 1 (see above) and get your own set of tires. I would never get Federal tires again as seen in option 2. I had Federals on my beater and they were absolute crap.
