We are doing Cars n Coffee Irvine tomorrow and Ortega Hwy if anyone wants to join in . We meet at Peets coffee penasquitos 520, depart 540 for Irvine. Any N County people wanna join in, meet at the rest stop off the 5 north of the 76. We'll have bf afterwards then do Ortega Hwy on the way back. Stop at TGIFs in Temecula for drinks then head home . If you wanna just do CnC and bf afterwards, thats cool too. Lemme know if you wanna join in. I'll check this thread at midnight to see if anyone wants to join us. We have about 8 people going so far .

Andy: After breakfast I'm heading up to the other meet.

If anyone going tomorrow is interested, there's a mini meet in Irvine as well that starts at 11:00am. Below are the details.

Quote: might as well just save the money and get some rims, i think me and a few others are going to varrstoen, i think if we all roll up there together and have a u-haul and all have cash we can get rims for cheaper then 900
Hey I know I am new to the community and haven't met any of you guys yet but I was wondering if I could roll with you guys when you head to get the Varrstoens, I have a completely stock G coupe and want to start putting a little money into it.

I have a question for you guys. My rear fenders are rolled, couldn't roll it flatter without pulling the fender, which I didn't want(trying to keep the oem body lines). I've noticed my tires are rubbing just a little bit on the top part of the rolled inner fender lip/edge(I have a few strands of rubber on the wheels after a couple of days driving and if I run my finger on the inner edge it's black). Not sure how much camber I'm running now but it doesn't look like much. Ive been thinking of getting a slightly bigger spacer, just an extra 5mm. Could the fenders be rolled/hammered flat without flaring it out or making it look like crap?

I'm thinking I can do:
1) leave the fenders the way it is and just run more camber
2) bigger spacer and more camber
3) bigger spacer, flat fenders, and possibly a little less camber that option 2

Opinions? Having trouble deciding what to do.
BTW: NOT running stretched tires (255 front 285 back) and it's on a Z. I don't mind running a bit of camber since it's a weekend car and I don't drive it much, just don't want it to be ridiculous camber.

You have a lot of different options on what to do with your situation TBH. If your satisfied with your tire size then its either run camber or keep rolling your fenders till it doesn't rub. But what i would do is just leave the fenders the way it is and run more camber w/ spacers, and see if it suits you. If that isn't to your liking then just roll them a little more and hope it doesn't pull your fender.

But i'm sure u can just leave the fender and just camber it a tad without making it look too "ridiculous". Although i dont know exactly what your definition maybe for ridiculous camber.
