I know that Taiwan's car fees are based on the horsepower/engine size as they call it there. The more horses, the more you pay a year. Going price on a 3000cc car is roughly $18000 NT, which is about $600 US dollars per year. They don't have many cars there that are bigger than but you can find a few waterdowned (lol) Ferrari's, Lambos around. You do occasionally see a couple of 2nd Gen G's but a lot of 1st Gens are there. And they have a huge aftermarket surplus for Gs there.
Yup it's the motor man. There's a DIY on utube you can find on how to replace the motor or take it apart and clean it etc. Mine is the same way, I just haven't replaced it yet lmao. bought wheels instead and now springs lmao
