It was blue with an old man driving and I thought i saw ryan in the back looking happy with a gag ball in his mouth!

Saw a tricked out coupe yesterday in LA.
Off of a couple of streets (edited)
I've seen this car at our Big BBQ's before. Anyone know who it is?
