Honestly, I have never seen it. Maybe it's because I haven't been looking for it. We'll see, though. It is probably in Tokyo and that is a bit of a drive from where I am. If I see it, I will make sure to take a picture

And I doubt there is a used underwear vending machine anywhere in Japan. Yes, there are pics of one floating around the internet, but in reality it's long gone.
