So me and nitsuj on here are organizing a meet up to caravan to the yearly Sedan GTG.

We're all meeting up at the Chevron off the 5. ( 8210 Camino Santa fe San Diego, Ca 92121). Meet up time is at 7:00am and we'll leave from that spot within 10-15 minutes.

Please sign up, and IF you are further north from this location please say so, so we can set up a second meet up spot.

Some of us are very low and have aggressive set ups, so speed will be at a cruise. but feel free to zoom right past.

If you guys gather a few more i'd be interested. Trying pretty hard to get my suspension installed before the meet! Just waiting on springs (damned UPS). I'm South of that so would love to cruise up with some more sedans.

 

what time do you think you'll be passing the 1st rest stop after Camp Pendleton exit on the 5?

We were planning on stopping at the rest stop to allow anyone north of our first location to meet up with us, that was only IF they signed up.
As far as I see it, it doesn't look like there's any...at least not yet. If your down let us know and will make a pit stop.
Based on the time schedule were on, I think we'd be there around 7:45.

Oh I know, I was just letting you (or anyone else for that matter) know that if they wanted to meet at the rest stop we'd be more than happy to make a stop.You just gotta let us know. Rather then everyone trying to group up on the 5. Plus it's more fun rolling in a huge caravan.

 

If we leave SD at 7 we should be at the first rest stop by 745 and for anyone that's meeting us there we'll wait 10-15 minutes (if people sign up here to let us know that they're coming)

North county is Mark and GhillieSuit. There's 2 other guys out of Escondido/San Marcos as well but haven't seen them post up about caravaning. 7:45 is probably a good estimate about being at that rest stop. Not sure if anyone else (non G) from SDCE is going but it may be worth an ask.

meet up time has changed to 6:00 at the same location... If youre north of that first location please let us know if you want to meet at the first rest stop.
