so are people thinkn Berk HFC's for next group buy? thatd be cool...may take a minute to get that kinda money but it could be done...after i pick up some other things along the way haha

i'm downn. doesnt have to be berks. FI or even kinetix. just worried about rasp though

^the rasp that people are always talkin about is way overhyped. Its really just a short buzzing noise that occurs for a split second on the down-rev at about 2k rpms. you can hear it if you listen for it but its nothing drastic. The exhaust note will sound better tho

there's no rasp with high flow cats. unresonated test pipes, yes, but the HFC is a great addition to a daily driven car. I had FI before turbos and loved them, but they are pricey.

I've heard Berks is by far the best performance and sound... wouldn't really want to go with any other brand unless I heard some good first person reviews

Berks is probably the more "brand named" and popular. I did do some searching, seems like alot of people are happy with Kinetix as well. No rasp(they claim), no CEL, and warranty for CELs as well. Also its a little cheaper

but I would do any group buy for HFC's! doesnt matter what really.

I'm all for less expensive! Especially if its same noise and performance... but don't want to cheap out on my car

Yeah same here on the cheap parts. Dont want them either.

But it seems like they had a group buy on Kinetix HFCs before, and it was around
320 for the group.

thats a sweet price. i would jump on that like a cheetah on a gazelle
