Anyone have a buffer/polisher?

Some dumba$$ bitch in an Accord failed to yield on the onramp to the turnpike the other day and she hit me and left some white streaks on the car.

I'm pretty sure it can be buffed out easily because I could scratch off some of the paint off my bumper. So.... if anyone knows how to use a rotary polisher

or knows how to get the white streaks off my car, let me know! I dont wanna take it to a detailer before I ask here, so let me know ASAP.

I have a random orbital. If you're willing to host a detail day, I can give it a shot.

Well I'll be detailing my car on Sunday anyway so if either of you wants to host this I wouldn't mind doing another car, or you can just borrow my stuff to buff out the scratches... W/e let me know.

Sounds like a plan. I'd do it at my place, but I don't have the space to fit any more cars :\

I have new spark plug cables and valve cover gasket waiting to be installed, any chance you know how to do either of these?

Just the cables, the spark plugs are a week old. The valve cover gasket looks easy, I'm just not sure if I need to put silicone and what type... lol. It's no big deal, it's nothing urgent.

Order some new polishing pads, Shawn. The one that comes with the PC is like polishing with sandpaper.

Who took that pic in your avatar? :P

? y do u need to to replace the gasket. Is it leaking? its not the big of a deal its just removing all the crap in the way to take the valve covers off. I have all the tools and I will be doing mine this weekend. (need to switch mine out to the new covers) the gaskets are just a rubber strip that fits in a groove, and when it gets tightened it seals it up
