Has anything happend ????? I have My OEM 19's in Mint Condition, the rubber isnt 100%. I am still holding some interest. With the Exeption of the lip are they all black or do they have some Chrome on them????

 

The lips are chrome. The inner wheels are black. Although how dirty the cars are the lips look black
