This haitian dood decided it would be a good idea to back out of his parking space without looking and clipped my rear bumper. So All-state is giving me the run around. They apparently have some "investigation" going on. They are held up on collecting a "statement" from the other driver.... WTF?

What would you guys do in this situation? I like dealing with my insurance better, they just come over and write me a check.

 

bro if i were u.. i would have got a police report and contacted my insurance company and told them what happen and give them HIS INSURANCE info.. this way.. he would have been at fault.. which means my insurance rate would not have been effected..
