I wonder when Mike... aka (infinitiGTR2004) plans to sign in...

This isn't about any specific group or click... if you're in the Miami-Dade area and would like to go up to IOCC in a group then feel free to join us. The more the Merrier...

There's a few people on the last that I know live in the area that need to sign up.
I'm here. I'm down for breakfast too. I would say Cracker Barrell if we take the Sawgrass, but depending on how many we are, it gets busy on the weekends. We could also do Sergio's on Bird, La Carreta on Bird or La Carreta on 16th Ave behind Westland Mall.

Lets see who wants to have breakfast and then see where we eat. Most of us are down south anyways.

We should meet at 8am to eat and leave to IOCC around 9am. So who is down for breakfast?

Fasting will only make it harder to achieve that. I was at 8% for a while now that I have been busy and could not make it to the gym I am back up to 10%. Breakfast is the key to a good day even if it is some fruit, it jump starts your metabolism for the day, and the only way to get down to those numbers is to have your metabolism working in overdrive. A healthy diet and some good cardio will have you into that range with hard work and maintience
