Im not that familiar with the rules of Towers, if we blocked off both the lanes (Pt cruiser and where we park) would there be a problem? Like is that spot designated for the PT cruisers or does it even matter?

I haven't been to the towers in years. Last time I went I had a 98 Civic Hatchback w/ a B16 but I was also 18 years old. Does it get full really quick?
