Since this was a one-tard accident....im sorry, whoops...
Since this was a one vehicle accident, You VS a Tree...your insurance is going to rape you a new brownie.

Maybe next time...you wont be speeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeedin...into a tree.

yes they are, when i had an accident, it was me against wall and the insurace raped me pretty bad. i was paying like 400 a month for insurace for a while after that

now its back down to a reasonable amount but get the KY ready

ooooooooooooo......... i forgot about insurance.. yeah.. and this is a "brand newish" car that they have to replace/fix... ooooooooo.. ur about to be their new bestest friend.. lol.. u might wanna see if you can pay for the repairs outta ur own pocket..

Well, it also depends on your insurance company. I have USAA and they are cool as hell but if you have Allstate or State Farm you are f&^$%!!!

Uh State Farm happens to be the BEST insurer when it come to paying claims. There's a reason why we insure more than Allstate, Geico, Progessive, Mercury, AARP, and any other company you can think of COMBINED. Don't know where you got your facts from but that statement is far from reality.
