Seriously. There are some of us out here who appreciate a well done massage and don't drag it into the gutter.
Sorry you are dealing with this sort of crap. My friend Clara who has been doing this for 10+ years got away from the jerks and immature folks by focusing on "Sports massages" and her clients are all either professional or amateur / budding athletes

problem is, I'm not interested in sports massage, I had to learn the modality in school and I'm just not interested in it. I just need to earn enough money to open my own place so I don't have to deal with the sleazeballs

Fair enough and understand.
When Clara started out, she shared a space, so they had a reception area and then about 3 rooms, so I think that helped keep costs low, etc.
Best of luck to you. Sure you will do well, but yeah, there are always folks who hear the word massage and associate with a geisha parlor.
