NISMO S-Tune Install

Hey everyone. I just ordered a NISMO system for my car and am looking for a shop someone has had experience with in the Stuart area to extend the tips and mid pipe (I don't want to use the extension piece.) Anyone recommendations?

I found Dan's Performance Muffler on Lincoln Ave. and the Rod Shop on Ocean Blvd, but I do not know anything about how good these shops are. I was also considering Japtrix since others seem to like them (besides a couple of guys I have seen flaming them), but most of what I have read about them is for performance tuning and I have not seen anyone comment of custom fab work. I guy I work with (he has a super sweet Lexus SC with a 2JZ and a tricked out GS400) recommended Custom Exhaust in Lake Worth, but that is a bit far for me, but I will use them if I can't find anyone else I can trust. Any comments would be a great help. I am an **** SOB and I really want someone who can do a good job.

If anyone on here has done the same with a NISMO on your car I would love to know who did it and see some pics.

What was the name of that shop? Vero is not all that far from me so if they do good work I will give them a try. Did you have them do anything to your car?

Sweet, thanks! I knew with all the Gs I see in the area there had to be at least one person who has done this before. Have any pics of the welds between the muffler and the tips by any chance?

I just don't want the extra flanges and joints. They decrease the flow, add weight and increase the chance of leaks (albeit by a very small amount on all accounts). Like I said before, I'm an **** SOB when it comes to that kind of stuff.

Well, my exhaust on my G is an Injen True Dual. They didn't weld anything, they just put it on. My Prelude and Civic that I used to have back in the day was the ones they welded my whole exhaust with custom everything. They did an awesome job one those thats why i took my G there. The guy that ownes the place, Mario, is a great guy. He can explain to you everything he is going to do before he does it. Call them, their number is 772-335-9697. Let me know if you want because I have to go see him anyways about something so I can go with you when you go.

Thanks for the offer. It may be a while because I am only going to be in town for a few days toward the end of the week (I am currently travelling a lot for work). Hopefully the delivery will come in time. I will send you a PM when the time comes and if you still need to go we will do that. If not, thanks for the offer anyhow.
