Hook up on tires

Does anyone have a hook up on tires? I need the tires by 2 weeks ago lol so I am looking to purchase them fri if anyone can help!

I use Goodwear Tires in Miami 305-685-1043 ask for Neil.Cheaper than Tire Rack.
