I can see why your clutch may be gone, but what is that "sound and oil" you talking about ???.
My friend with the Corvette had problems as well. It began smoking from the engine bay after stopping at the Pines & 27 light (he was racing a Z06 up to that point). He found the AC belt wrapped around the pulley and the explanation for the "oil bath" in the engine bay may be a leaking damper seal. Let me know if I can help with anything..

ANYWAYS things are looking okay for me but we need to change subject here. MONTHLY MEETING. Anyone have a suggestions for the next meet. Eli offered to have a meet at his shop with maybe some grill action. I really think we need to head south guys. There are a few guys whom people havent met due to location. I'm only here for 5 more months and would like to see some of the south guys again. I'm also still down for a drag night as well. Homestead or county line. let us know mike
Definitly guys. You guys are more than welcome to have a meet @ the shop. We have a grill, tools and a lift if anyone has to do something to their cars. You guys just le me know when.

I think we need to meet up at towers on thursday, then do something after. We have had a few people miss out, and not meet the groub because they do not keep up with the forums.
