Where's that? Are you looking for a free park?

No it can be a paid park, but Morakami is tough to book and very expensive, along with Markham if we want a shelter. John Loyd park is per person with free grills, etc. on the beach, so we can park, eat, girls n wifes can layout, beach volleyball or other fun....

.....right there you just sounded like my parents. its a meet for all (including yourself) and i think the best way of deciding would be a pole.
also why do you want to rent a shelter? we can just meet up in any location and just post there and have a good time. not saying that i am ungrateful for any contribution you are including but a meet doesnt have to mean that you have to shell out your hard earned money

I'm ok with it although I would prefer something a bit more north. If you want a free park we have John Prince Park here thats pretty decent and then a mile east is downtown with the beach and plenty of chill spots to kick it, swim, drink, photos etc. Theres also a beach that has BBQ grills with canopies and over the hill is the beach. Pretty secluded but just an idea.

Markham Park- I've been to a Maxima meet there before (we all just parked on the grass near a grill under some trees for hrs)

Treetops Park- (I've never been to so IDK)

John U Loyd Park- (I've been to picnics & parties where a shelter was rented. The way the parking lot & beach is set up takes a way from the cars b/c of the bushes, trees, & shrubs that separate the two)

CB Smith Park- (I'm not sure if they have grills, I've only been there to play ball on the baseball fields)
