Looking for one 245/35/19

If you could also see how much for four 245/35/20 & 275/35/20. (What do you think about that height? Was thinking 30 also?)

I found a local warehouse that sells them dirt cheap wholesale. Gonna check that out sometime this weekend hopefully.
